Time, after, Every, normal, sore

Is it normal to be sore every time after sex?

I have been with my boyfriend for five years, and having sex with him for four of them so its not a newbie problem. But even with enough lubrication from me, and him being relatively gentle im sore after sex every time and sometimes I have tiny bit of blood after because it tears me a little bit too. Its always been like this. Could it be just that im small down there or something else? Thanks!
